January 13, 2012 The voting deadline for the by-law amendments was extended from Dec. 31, 2011 to Feb. 29, 2012. There were a number of people who did not receive their newsletters in time to mail their votes, even though they were mailed out on November 30. If there are members who have discarded their ballots and stamped return envelopes, refer to the newletter posted on the web site. Print out and mail in your ballot to the SROA mailing address: PO Box 472, Tonasket, WA 98855. On Envelope, be sure to list your name, current address, and Lot Numbers you own. Each Lot you own gets one vote. Enclose one ballot for each lot you own.
